Alarmeringen P2000 (in de stores "Alarmeringen P2000") toont real-time P2000-meldingen van brandweer, ambulance, politie en KNRM in Nederland. Dit beleid legt uit welke gegevens wij verwerken, waarom, en hoe u ze kunt laten verwijderen.

1. Welke gegevens verwerken wij?

Gegevens die wij wel verwerken

  • Locatie – alleen als u een omgevingsfilter (straal) instelt of uw locatie gebruikt in functies zoals de kaart of de A0 monitor. Uw (bij benadering exacte) locatie wordt dan naar onze server gestuurd om te bepalen welke meldingen bij uw instellingen passen. Zonder locatie-functies wordt er geen locatie verwerkt.
  • Filterinstellingen en gevolgde capcodes – uw meldingsvoorkeuren (plaatsen, straal, diensten, urgentie, gevolgde eenheden) staan op onze server zodat wij de juiste push-notificaties kunnen versturen.
  • Push-token – een anoniem apparaattoken (Expo/Firebase) om push-notificaties te kunnen bezorgen.
  • Apparaat- en advertentie-ID's en app-interacties – verwerkt door Google AdMob voor het tonen van advertenties (zie punt 2).
  • Abonnementsstatus – als u het reclamevrij-abonnement afsluit, verwerkt onze partner RevenueCat de aankoopbevestiging van de App Store/Google Play. Wij zien nooit uw betaalgegevens.

Gegevens die wij niet verzamelen

  • Naam, e-mailadres of telefoonnummer (een account aanmaken is niet nodig en kan ook niet)
  • Contacten, foto's of andere bestanden op uw apparaat

2. Advertenties en toestemming

De gratis versie van de app toont een advertentiebanner via Google AdMob. Bij het eerste gebruik in de EU vraagt de app via het officiële Google-toestemmingsscherm of u gepersonaliseerde advertenties toestaat. Op iOS wordt daarnaast via Apples AppTrackingTransparency om toestemming voor tracking gevraagd.

  • Met toestemming: AdMob gebruikt het advertentie-ID van uw apparaat en app-interacties voor gepersonaliseerde advertenties.
  • Zonder toestemming: u ziet niet-gepersonaliseerde advertenties; er wordt dan geen advertentieprofiel opgebouwd.
  • Met reclamevrij-abonnement: er worden geen advertenties getoond en geen advertentiegegevens verwerkt.

U kunt uw toestemming altijd wijzigen via Instellingen in de app.

3. Worden uw gegevens gedeeld?

Wij verkopen of verhuren uw gegevens nooit. Wij delen gegevens alleen met de verwerkers die de app technisch mogelijk maken:

  • Google AdMob – advertenties (apparaat-/advertentie-ID, app-interacties), conform het privacybeleid van Google.
  • Expo / Firebase Cloud Messaging – bezorging van push-notificaties (anoniem apparaattoken).
  • RevenueCat – validatie van het reclamevrij-abonnement (aankoopbevestiging, geen betaalgegevens).

4. Bewaartermijn en gegevens verwijderen

Uw instellingen en push-token worden bewaard zolang u de app gebruikt. Verwijdert u de app, dan wordt het token ongeldig; inactieve accounts en hun gegevens worden daarna automatisch van onze server opgeschoond. Bij een herinstallatie start de app bewust met een schone lei.

Zo laat u uw gegevens direct verwijderen

  1. Open in de app Instellingen → Over de app en tik 5× op de versie-regel; noteer het User ID onder Apparaatinfo.
  2. Mail uw verzoek met dit User ID naar chrisschepers22@gmail.com.
  3. Wij verwijderen dan al uw servergegevens (filterinstellingen, gevolgde capcodes, locatie en push-token) binnen 30 dagen en bevestigen dit per e-mail.

Advertentiegegevens die door Google worden verwerkt kunt u beheren via de privacy-instellingen van uw Google-account of de advertentie-instellingen van uw apparaat.

5. Beveiliging

Alle communicatie tussen de app en onze server verloopt via HTTPS (versleuteld).

6. Kinderen

Alarmeringen P2000 is niet gericht op kinderen onder de 13 jaar. Wij verzamelen bewust geen gegevens van kinderen.

7. Wijzigingen in dit beleid

Wij kunnen dit privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. Wijzigingen worden gepubliceerd op deze pagina met een bijgewerkte ingangsdatum.

Alarmeringen P2000 ("Alarmeringen P2000" in the app stores) displays real-time P2000 emergency alerts for fire, ambulance, police, and coastguard services in the Netherlands. This policy explains what data we process, why, and how you can have it deleted.

1. What data do we process?

Data we do process

  • Location – only if you set up a nearby-alerts filter (radius) or use location-based features such as the map or the A0 monitor. Your (approximately precise) location is then sent to our server to match alerts to your settings. If you don't use location features, no location is processed.
  • Filter settings and followed capcodes – your alert preferences (places, radius, services, urgency, followed units) are stored on our server so we can send the right push notifications.
  • Push token – an anonymous device token (Expo/Firebase) used to deliver push notifications.
  • Device and advertising IDs and app interactions – processed by Google AdMob to serve ads (see section 2).
  • Subscription status – if you purchase the ad-free subscription, our partner RevenueCat processes the purchase receipt from the App Store/Google Play. We never see your payment details.

Data we do not collect

  • Name, email address, or phone number (no account sign-up exists)
  • Contacts, photos, or other files on your device

2. Advertising and consent

The free version of the app shows an ad banner via Google AdMob. On first use in the EU, the app asks for consent to personalized ads through Google's official consent screen. On iOS, tracking permission is additionally requested via Apple's AppTrackingTransparency.

  • With consent: AdMob uses your device's advertising ID and app interactions to serve personalized ads.
  • Without consent: you see non-personalized ads; no advertising profile is built.
  • With the ad-free subscription: no ads are shown and no advertising data is processed.

You can change your consent at any time via the app's Settings.

3. Is your data shared?

We never sell or rent your data. We only share data with the processors that make the app work:

  • Google AdMob – advertising (device/advertising ID, app interactions), in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Expo / Firebase Cloud Messaging – push notification delivery (anonymous device token).
  • RevenueCat – validation of the ad-free subscription (purchase receipt, no payment details).

4. Retention and data deletion

Your settings and push token are retained for as long as you use the app. If you uninstall the app, the token becomes invalid; inactive accounts and their data are then automatically cleaned from our server. A reinstall deliberately starts with a clean slate.

How to have your data deleted right away

  1. In the app, open Settings → About the app and tap the version row 5 times; note the User ID under Device info.
  2. Email your request with this User ID to chrisschepers22@gmail.com.
  3. We will delete all your server data (filter settings, followed capcodes, location, and push token) within 30 days and confirm by email.

Advertising data processed by Google can be managed through your Google account's privacy settings or your device's ad settings.

5. Security

All communication between the app and our server uses HTTPS (encrypted).

6. Children

Alarmeringen P2000 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
